UA Computer-Based Training (CBT):
Offers free computer training to UA students, faculty, and staff. Currently the UA has a contract with the Virtual Training Center to provide access to over 700 courses and 14,200 video tutorials, covering a broad range of topics and applications. Most tutorials have between five and fifteen hours of content. Each tutorial is divided into lessons from 2-10 minutes long on average. The tutorials are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Each lesson is available as a Flash or QuickTime movie (.mov file) that opens in a new browser window. You may open and work in a software application while watching the lesson and may stop, start, rewind, and review each lesson as often as desired.
