- Coordinate the implementation of point of sale solutions, which are both GUI-based and
connect to multiple GDS’s (computer reservation systems)
- Analyze and review alternative IT solutions and configurations
- Drive customer experience improvement and travel cost mitigation
- Interact with Key Account Managers and Travel Contacts, to meet their ever evolving needs.

President of Total Travel Management
- Co-founded and directed the sales and marketing efforts to create one of the 10 Largest Travel Management Companies in the United States. Distinctly known for creating long-term, long-lasting relationships.( Clients include GM, DaimlerChrysler, IBM, Ford and McKinsey & Company)
- Awarded the “Supplier of the Year” by General Motors for outstanding customer service and continuous cost reduction.
- Worked with a team at IBM on a Department of Defense project to review and reengineer the travel business processes at the Pentagon
- Developed and was awarded a patent for the automated processing of travel reservations
