Ms. Pam Geoga, Executive Coach

Pamela is a well-respected executive with 30 years of high tech industry success. She has held senior and VP positions at IBM, Lotus Development and SoftQuad Software, Ltd. Throughout her career, Pam gained extensive experience with Fortune 500 companies, within industries such as professional services, automotive, manufacturing, finance, energy and high tech. She was instrumental in early market development for high impact global technologies such as CAD/CAM, Lotus Notes and XML enablement.

Pamela is experienced in building and inspiring high performance teams. Her hallmark has been creation of large scale organizations that demonstrate a passion for customer satisfaction and effective alliance with clients and partners. Underscoring her commitment to individual growth in leadership, Pamela introduced Solutions Selling, a methodology which drives customer value, at Lotus, IBM and SoftQuad. She is widely known as an effective change leader with expertise in promoting cross-organizational collaboration and synergy.

Pamela Geoga is a proven and seasoned leader, with a deep first hand understanding of people, company and marketplace needs in the twenty first century. Today, Pamela continues to help others reach for their dreams through her activities in executive coaching, business strategy consultation and community outreach. Pamela has a degree in Mathematics from Western Michigan University and she splits her time between residences in Arizona and northern California.
