Mr. Doug Brown, Manager, User Technologies, IBM Systems & Technology Group

Doug obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College, and an MBA from Pepperdine University. He  started his career in software development, participating in numerous large systems development programs such as air defense systems and air traffic control systems.  

For several years, Doug was a consultant in the transportation management systems industry, leading efforts to design, develop, and manage Intelligent Transportation System management projects. He  is now a senior manager at IBM, where he is responsible for the ease of use of IBM’s server and storage products.
