The purpose of the Certificate program is to enable University of Arizona students, who are not majoring in MIS, an opportunity to supplement their major area skills with an exposure to the basics of information systems management. Students who complete the Certificate will have a valuable advantage in both recruiting and their careers over students without this complementary skill set.
To qualify for the MIS certificate program you must complete four courses from the list below. These courses are only offered during the summer. These courses will provide non-MIS majors with a solid foundation in MIS issues.
We will offer this program only during summer sessions. These courses will not be available during the Fall, Winter, and Spring terms.
