We are based in Tucson, AZ with consultants and customers worldwide. We are currently seeking a full-time employee for in our IFS ERP practice.

Position Summary

Astra ERP consultant to play a key role in the implementation of IFS Applications by providing the
necessary business process consulting, training, documentation, and applications consulting to ensure the
customer’s success in using IFS Applications. The primary focus will be the core financial modules (AP,
AR, GL) with additional coverage of other areas like Supply Chain Management and manufacturing, that
feed into the financial modules.

Key Responsibilities include

• Actively participate in customer environment to learn IFS business and software
• Deliver successful implementations of IFS Applications by providing the services above.
• Develop business related knowledge in order to understand and creatively solve customer
requirements.
• Understand and pursue a high degree of customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Finance/Accounting/MIS
• 1-2 years of experience in ERP software solutions implementation or systems experience is
preferred
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
• Understanding of relational database concepts with exposure to SQL/Oracle
• Ability to learn the functional aspects of ERP applications and apply such knowledge to solve
customer's business requirements.
• Ability to learn quickly, communicate ideas effectively, define and lead team efforts.
• Manage customer expectations through the implementation life cycle: Establish business
requirements, map differences between business requirements and software capabilities, create
design specifications, test, deliver and deploy
• Good Presentation, organizational and documentation skills
• Ability to mange time efficiently and multi-task
• Ability and willingness to travel up to 75% of the time.
